Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure checkout options available at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We move quickly to get your order on its way.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once it’s on the way, we’re unable to modify the order.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S.

As we continue to grow, we’re working toward offering international shipping in the future—stay tuned.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship out within 2–4 business days.

Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after shipment.

We’re always working to get your books to you as quickly as possible while maintaining a wide, curated selection.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

As a small, growing shop, we partner with trusted distributors to ship books directly to you. This allows us to offer a much wider selection while we build toward our first physical space.

We also use tiered shipping, which means the more you add to your cart, the lower the shipping cost per book becomes. So that means, even if you’re not quite at $75 yet, it often makes sense to grab one more volume and save overall.

Will I get tracking info?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your manga’s journey to you.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

Most orders don’t require a signature and will be delivered directly to your address.

with your order number and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because of how we currently fulfill orders, we’re not able to accept general returns at this time.

The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If you experience either, please reach out to us at casitademanga@gmail.com
and we’ll be more than happy to personally help you with a damage/error return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. In those cases, you won’t be responsible for return shipping.

What items are non-returnable?

All books are considered final sale unless there is an issue with damage or an incorrect item.

How long do refunds take?

Once a return related to a damaged or incorrect order is received and reviewed, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review the details and follow up with next steps.

I received the wrong item. What now?

with photos and your order details.

Preorders & Out-of-Stock

Do you offer preorders?

We don’t offer preorders at the moment.

We’re working toward adding this in the future. In the meantime, be sure to check our New Releases page regularly for the latest volumes as they become available.

What if something goes out of stock?

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll reach out promptly with next steps; either a refund or alternative options.

Manga Related

Are your books new?

All of our manga is brand new and sourced from official distributors.

Do you ever sell used manga?

Not at the moment. But who knows what the future could hold!
