Casita Manga was created from a simple belief that the adult manga and anime community deserves a beautiful, curated space to connect, discover, and shop in a calm, elevated environment.

We’re building for how fans actually engage today: collecting, exploring, and spending time with the stories they love. What began with pop-ups will continue to grow into a permanent bookstore in late 2026.

Our Story

A lifelong passion for and connection to Japanese media & culture

Brittney's passion for Japanese media and culture began at an early age, shaped by a close relationship with her Japanese step great-grandmother, Kimi; an influence that instilled a deep appreciation for storytelling, tradition, and cultural connection.

Casita Manga takes its name from our Cuban and Venezuelan heritage. "Casita" meaning "little house" embodies our mission to create a warm, community-driven home for manga and anime fans; rooted in Latino culture, yet welcoming to all.
